As the parish seat and largest town in Vernon Parish, Leesville is where most of our residential remodels, room additions, and light-commercial build-outs happen. We work on the older homes along the downtown streets and the surrounding residential blocks — kitchen and bath renovations, roof replacements, carport-to-garage conversions, and small commercial tenant improvements.

DeRidder sits just over the Vernon Parish line in Beauregard Parish, and we work there regularly — often on bigger remodels where the scope is open a wall, raise a roofline, and reconfigure a floorplan. Roof replacement after storms is also a steady stream of work in DeRidder, and we handle insurance-documentation scopes alongside the rebuild.

Rosepine is rural residential country — bigger lots, longer driveways, and homes that often come with an outbuilding. A lot of our Rosepine work is barndominium builds, shop construction, pole-barn shells, and shop-to-living-space conversions, plus full residential builds where a family is putting a house on open land.

Simpson is a smaller community, and the work there is typically single-family residential — kitchen and bath remodels, flooring, small additions, and the kinds of service calls that add up to a steady calendar. We treat Simpson jobs the same way we treat longer projects: scope agreed up front, schedule confirmed before we mobilize.

Hornbeck sits toward the Sabine Parish line, and a lot of the housing stock there is older — single-wide and double-wide mobile homes alongside long-standing site-built houses. We set up manufactured homes, tie down and level mobile homes, and do the kind of older-home updates — roof patches, flooring replacement, porch work — that the town depends on.
